Small groups, predictable hours, care that grows with your child from infancy through preschool.
We're now scheduling tours and taking inquiries. We plan to open Monday, July 6, 2026.
Families who join our first full cohort receive Founders Pricing, a reduced rate that stays with your family for as long as your child is enrolled. The only change over time is our standard 3% annual adjustment. This is not a sale or a discount. It is our way of thanking the families who believe in this program from the start. Spaces are genuinely limited.
When comparing early childhood programs, we encourage families to consider total coverage. Many programs in our area close at 3:00pm or 4:30pm, requiring separate aftercare arrangements that add up quickly.
Glenwood Grove is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. The rate you see here is the complete cost of care, with no aftercare to arrange and no summer scramble.
We're a year-round program located just a short walk from Vine Hill Elementary (0.3 miles). During the school year we follow the Scotts Valley Unified School District calendar so families with older children at Vine Hill or anywhere in SVUSD have one consistent schedule and one drop-off neighborhood. We close for district holidays, winter break, spring break, and minimum days.
We stay open through the summer, with one week of summer closure. No piecing together summer camps. No coverage gaps.
Photos, meals, naps, activities, and milestones delivered to your phone throughout the day.
Circle time, literacy, sensory, art, and fine-motor activities. Thoughtful and age-appropriate every day.
Fresh air, gross-motor movement, nature exploration. Every day, weather permitting.
Fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and dairy provided throughout the day.
Daily check-ins at pickup and drop-off, plus the option to message your teacher through Brightwheel anytime.
State-licensed, CPR/First Aid certified staff, Live Scan cleared. Every safeguard you'd expect.
We plan to open Monday, July 6, 2026. Enrollment is open now for our first cohort. Until we open, we're scheduling tours and taking inquiries so families can get to know us and decide if Glenwood Grove is the right fit.
Founders Pricing is a reduced tuition rate available only to families who join our first full cohort, opening July 2026. Once you're a Founders family, the rate stays with your child for the life of their enrollment. The only change over time is our standard annual adjustment, capped at 3% per year.
Start by filling out the form on our Contact page. Our family and the head teacher review every inquiry personally and follow up within 48 hours to schedule a tour. A $150 registration fee is due upon enrollment to secure your spot.
We focus on full-time enrollment because consistency is essential for young children, both for their development and for the rhythm of our small group. We do not currently offer part-time or drop-in care.
Our program is built around the five domains of early childhood development: cognitive, social-emotional, physical, language, and creative. Mornings are intentional and teacher-led. Afternoons are child-led and exploratory. Learn more on our Our Approach page.
Yes. We are licensed by the California Department of Social Services as a Family Child Care Home. All staff are CPR/First Aid certified, mandated reporter trained, immunization verified, and Live Scan cleared.
